Northwest Toys maintains the interactive portion(s) of NWToys.com as a service, free of charge. By using any interactive services provided herein, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the terms, conditions and notices relating to its use.

  g. Download for distribution in any manner any file posted by another user of a forum that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.

  h. Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.

  i. Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices, proprietary designations, labels of the origin, source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.

  j. Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying any of the bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities and/or other message or communication facilities.

  k. Recruit for any other organization from the membership of Northwest Toys/NWToys.com without explicit permission from Northwest Toys.

  l. Present yourself as representative of Northwest Toys or NWToys.com without explicit permission from Northwest Toys.

  m. Post any material that displays or advocates any type of resource destruction, trespassing, or alcohol use on the trail, except for the single purpose of user education. Materials of this type must be presented in a context that does not IN ANY WAY appear to condone these activities.

1.   n. Knowingly organize any event using NWToys.com that is contrary to any local, state or federal law or regulation or otherwise exposes it's participants to liability. This specifically includes, but is not limited to; trespassing on private or closed lands without permission of the owner/land manager, as well as violating any policies or regulations of said land owner/manager.

3. Northwest Toys has no obligation to monitor the bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities and/or other message or communication facilities. However, Northwest Toys reserves the right at all times to disclose any information deemed by Northwest Toys necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part.

4. You acknowledge that communications to or with bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities and/or other message or communication facilities are not private communications, therefore others may read your communications without your knowledge. You should always use caution when providing any personal information about yourself or your children. Northwest Toys does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities and/or other message or communication facilities and, specifically disclaims any liability with regard to same and any actions resulting from your participation. To the extent that there are moderators, forum managers or hosts, each is an individual and their individual views do not necessarily reflect those of Northwest Toys or NWToys.com.

You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in STATE OF WASHINGTON, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website. 15. Northwest Toys, NWToys.com and it's membership take a dim view of both Resource Damage and Alcohol on the trail. Learn to Tread Lightly! and leave the booze for camp. User posts and content showing violations of either of these principles may subject the post to editing without notice and possible disciplinary action for the poster, up to and including banning. Respect trail and land closures! If you do not know for a fact that a trail is open for your use, DO NOT USE IT!

16. Participation in events and use of the NWToys.com site are at the sole discretion of the Northwest Toys staff and administration.

17. By participating in events organized or scheduled via the NWToys.com website, you hereby agree that Northwest Toys and NWToys.com cannot be held liable for any consequences of said participation. Participation is at the participant's own risk and the participant assumes all responsibility for any and all consequences arising as a result of participation or attendance.

18. Event participants are responsible for their own compliance with all local,state and federal laws and regulations and assume all responsiblity for consequences of non-compliance. Events organized on NWToys.com are created by site users for other site users and are NOT sponsored or endorsed by Northwest Toys or NWToys.com. All liabilities for such events are the responsibility of the respective event organizers and participants. Northwest Toys and NWToys.com STRONGLY encourages event participants to verify that they hold all required permits/passes in advance of an event, that the event location is open to the type of event being held and that any land owners/managers are aware of/approve of the event.

19. Contributing Member status and/or donations to Northwest Toys and NWToys.com do not excuse violation of the the policies of Northwest Toys. Donations and Contributions are NOT REFUNDABLE.

20. You are responsible for reviewing NWToys.com Terms Of Service policy. NWToys.com reserves the right to modify Terms Of Service at any time. Your continued use of the NWToys.com site constitutes your consent to such changes.
