    I jumped straight to 1:06, and caught only a few seconds of the buildup to the stupid comment. On the surface, it's dumb as a bag of hammers.

    Taken figuratively, I can translate that into "the social and/or political structures of the island may become unstable"...but, for some reason, I don't think that's how he meant it.
